Intake and Discovery
Our care team performs a detailed intake, listening to you talk about your current conditions, lifestyle, behaviors, likes, and dislikes, and personal and family histories. This phase takes at least 9x longer than traditional healthcare, lasting 90 minutes.
We’ll create a personalized profile, documenting an in-depth understanding of your current condition, symptoms, and family history which may indicate areas to monitor.
Our team takes an extremely whole-body approach and will in many cases dive into areas that may seem unrelated but are critical to understanding the big picture.

Advanced Testing
During this step, you will have your blood drawn, and the proprietary Sarana Health Panel will be created. This is our unique combination of scientifically-proven lab tests, given in a highly-controlled facility with 360+ individual bio markers.
First, we’ll help you locate one of our certified and approved sample collection locations. We currently have nearly 2,000 phlebotomists available throughout the US, with more being added. Mobile or at a blood-draw facility. Your choice, and no extra charge for mobile.
Next, we’ll assist as needed with scheduling your appointment.
Once you arrive at the lab, our trained technicians will perform a quick and easy blood draw to our specifications. You can expect this procedure to take just 15-30 minutes.

Root Cause Analysis is a structured method to identify unfavorable adverse conditions affecting your health and wellness
Root Cause Analysis is at the heart of our program and helps us to identify possible solutions.
At Sarana Health, we look at things from both the “one cause, many conditions” and “one condition, many causes” perspectives.
Our proprietary approach is based on proven systems biology, with many years of evidence-based research to back it up.
Causes often depend on an individual’s genetics, environment, behaviors, and lifestyle.

Restore program is available in most states. Essentials and Premium programs require client residency in Texas. National rollout coming soon!
Discounts for the Early Adopters Program are lifetime as long as you maintain a continuous plan with Sarana Health.
Required one-time, non-refundable start-up fee for the Restore ($99) and Essentials & Premium ($399) programs.
All programs require a 6-month commitment. After the initial 6 months, plans convert to a month-to-month basis with no termination penalties.
